Everytime you lie Sound Check - 8-20-09

Demi Lovato Everytime you lie Sound Check - 8-20-09

"Demi Lovato Everytime you lie Sound Check - 8-20-09"

Demi Lovato... you are a catty one,

During Demi Lovato's soundcheck for her concert in Fairfax, Virginia, on Thursday, the Here We Go Again songstress took a not-so-thinly veiled swipe at her ex-boyfriend, Trace Cyrus.

While singing "Every Time You Lie," she switched the line, "How long's it gonna take until you see that she's no me" to "How long's it gonna take until you see she looks like me"—a fairly obvious reference to Trace's recent steamy date with a Demi doppelganger.

Can Demi Lovato please, please do a Trace Cyrus dis remix of the song?

This comes just days after Demi Lovato made it abundantly clear that she's totally over Cyrus during a radio interview in Detroit.

Brave

Jennifer Lopez-Brave
"Jennifer Lopez-Brave"

Brave is the 6th studio album by American pop singer Jennifer Lopez, released on Epic Records on October 6, 2007 in Australia, October 9, 2007 in North America, and October 15, 2007 in Europe. It debuted at number twelve on the U.S. Billboard 200 with 53,000 copies sold in its first week. Brave became Jennifer Lopez's least commercially successful album to date selling 600,000 copies worldwide.

In a MTV News interview while on the[music video set for "Me Haces Falta", Lopez promised fans "danceable music" on this album. This album returned Lopez to pop, R&B, and hip hop sound since her previous English-language studio album, Rebirth. Jennifer Lopez stated the album is "dance, funk, R&B, hip-hop, all that stuff, all mixed up together to make some great pop music". JLO described Brave as "a little Jamiroquai, a little Sade. It's real feel-good music". Lopez recurited producers such as J. R. Rotem, Bloodshy & Avant, Midi Mafia, and Ryan Tedder. On March 27, 2007, on Total Request Live, Lopez stated there are no featured appearances and chose between four uptempo songs for the first single. The first single chosen was "Do It Well". Lopez played a track in Las Vegas in late April and stated she was going on her first tour with a mix of English and Spanish music.

Plans for the re-release of "Brave" have most likely been canceled. However, the song reached #1 on the South Korean chart, and held its place inside the top five for more than twenty-three weeks since its debut. The song also reached number seven on the Russian Airplay Chart and number fourteen in Ukraine. Due to digital sales, "Mile in These Shoes" charted in Finland at number sixteen on the singles chart and number fourteen on the download chart.

  • The lead single, "Do It Well", was considered somewhat successful; it reached the top ten in Italy and the top twenty in the United Kingdom, Australia, Ireland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, and Norway.
  • The third single was set to be the title track "Brave", and it was even posted on Michael Haussman's official website that filming of the music video for the single had completed. However, neither the single nor the video ever surfaced.
