Pippa reveals how she keeps her figure

Pippa reveals how she keeps her figure

Pip, pip hooray! Pippa Middleton has spilled the beans on how she got her perfect figure.Kate’s sister revealed that weekly Pilates sessions are the secret to her svelte shape, which captivated millions during the Royal Wedding.

The 27-year-old Middleton sister attends classes at a Parson’s Green fitness center near to her home in West London and hailed the studio as a ‘weekly necessity’.

In a testimonial on the Pilates on the Go website, she praised her trainer, Margot Campbell. Pippa wrote: “As someone who is always 'on the go’, Pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London.
“Whether it’s 7am in the morning or 7pm at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated. Over the past few months I have noticed a huge difference in my core strength and posture and couldn’t recommend Margot more highly as an instructor.

“From breathing techniques, muscle toning to overall flexibility and relaxation, my Pilates sessions have become something of a weekly necessity that keeps me fit, happy and energized.”
Besides Pilates, party planner Pippa also leads a sporty lifestyle and nabbed her place at the exclusive Marlborough College on a sports scholarship.

Pippa’s figure – and her bottom in particular – became the hottest topic of the Wills and Kate’s nuptials last month.
Her figure-hugging white dress, designed by Sarah Burton of Alexander McQueen, almost stole the limelight from Kate’s bridal gown.

Jemima Khan Angry on Tiwtter Allegations

Jemima Khan Angry on Tiwtter Allegations

Jemima Khan said she was "trapped in a bloody nightmare" after finding herself at the center of false twitter allegations that she had an affair with Jeremy Clarkson.

hen Jemima Khan tweeted a denial that she had taken out a super-injunction to suppress pictures of herself with Jeremy Clarkson, she unwittingly poured petrol on the flames of the growing row over how Twitter is being used to get round gagging orders being taken out by the rich and famous.

Her first tweet at the weekend ran: "OMG - Rumour that I have a super injunction preventing publication of "intimate" photos of me and Jeremy Clarkson. NOT TRUE!"

Then: "I have no super injunction and I had dinner with Jeremy and his wife last night. Twitter, Stop!" On Monday morning, she tweeted again: "I've woken up trapped in a bloody nightmare."

By then, she was responding to stories in newspapers and other media - including BBC News - that a Twitter user had named several stars that had taken out super-injunctions.

The Daily Mail splashed the story on its front page: "Gagging law stars 'outed' on Twitter: Thousands see the names of celebrities alleged to have taken out injunctions."

The Daily Telegraph printed pictures of Khan and Clarkson on its front page under the headline "Gagging order? Not me, says Jemima."

Some experts professed surprise that the naming of super-injunction stars had suddenly become such a big story.

The BBC's Rory Cellan-Jones, on his personal Twitter feed, wrote: "Rather weird that Twitter has been alive with super-injunction details for weeks - but one new account with inaccurate reports is news."

This was picked up in turn by Roy Greenslade in his Guardian blog: "The sudden discovery that the names of various people whose identities are protected by injunctions are available on Twitter is baffling. Names - some accurate, many inaccurate - have been flying around the net for weeks."

Prince William and Catherine Middleton Are Married (Photos)

Prince William and Catherine Middleton Are Married (Photos)

With the entire world watching, Prince William and Catherine Middleton became husband and wife Friday morning – and the newly ennobled Duke and Duchess of Cambridge – at London’s Westminster Abbey.
The wedding, pegged the greatest and grandest royal affair since Prince Charles and Princess Diana’s 1981 nuptials, is the fairy-tale ending to a love story thrust into the spotlight last November when the couple first announced their engagement.

“I, William Arthur Philip Louis, take thee, Catherine Elizabeth, to my wedded wife, to have and to hold from this day forward, for better, for worse,” William vowed. “For richer, for poorer. In sickness and in health. To love and to cherish, till death us do part.”
With brother and best man Prince Harry, sporting the uniform of Captain of the Household Cavalry, by his side, William, 28, wearing the scarlet uniform of the Colonel of the Irish Guards, slipped a traditional Welsh gold wedding band on Middleton’s finger, saying, “With this ring, I thee wed.”
The couple also wrote their own prayer for the occasion. “God our Father, we thank you for our families; for the love that we share and for the joy of our marriage,” they said. “In the busyness of each day keep our eyes fixed on what is real and important in life and help us to be generous with our time and love and energy. Strengthened by our union help us to serve and comfort those who suffer”

“We are both so delighted that you are able to join us in celebrating what we hope will be one of the happiest days of our lives,” it reads. “The affection shown to us by so many people during our engagement has been incredibly moving, and has touched us deeply. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone most sincerely for their kindness.”

Kate Middleton Debuts Slimmer Body During Shopping Trip

Kate Middleton Debuts Slimmer Body During Shopping Trip

The royal wedding is only days away and this blushing bride looks as calm as can be.
A slender Kate Middleton was spotted on a mini shopping spree on the streets of London today. The lingering paparazzi didn’t seem to bother the princess-to-be as she made her way in and out of stores in the Chelsea section of London, including Peter Jones department store on Kings Road.

Middleton stunned in a simple black dress and glowing smile, but we can’t help but notice her slimmed-down figure. Maybe this is just the most flattering dress ever made, but it looks like Middleton’s already tiny frame is shrinking even more as the wedding day approaches.
Perhaps even a future princess does a little crash dieting before her big day.

Paris Hilton turns 30

Paris Hilton doesn’t turn 30 until Thursday, but she got the festivities started early in Los Angeles last night.
The birthday girl threw a Moulin Rouge-themed party at the V-Moda fortress, a private house in the Hollywood Hills. Although the party began at 9 p.m., Paris made a fashionably late appearance, arriving around 11 with boyfriend Cy Waits in tow and cameras rolling for her Oxygen reality series.
But instead of making a beeline for the bar, her very first stop was the petting zoo:
